From this year onwards we are starting our scholarship program, which will definitely help the needy but really talented students to fulfil their dreams. STEPPING STONE GROUP is an organization dedicated to finding the right path for students. We cater to students who aspire to take up Medical, Engineering, Management, and other Allied courses. We have so often seen that many students despite having secured good grades in various national level Olympiads and competitive examinations have been misled to take admission into wrong or illegitimate academic institutions. STEPPING STONE GROUP regularly conducts seminars and workshops for the students to create awareness and we welcome you to take part in our events.
SS-SET 2023
STEPPING STONE GROUP strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. From this year onwards we are extending scholarships and Financial Aid for the students taking admission to the list of Colleges / Universities across the country through our counselling process. Real development is possible only when quality education reaches the remotest parts of our society. We constantly endeavour our services to provide educational opportunities to those who need them the most, and provide professional higher education to the children of rural areas, in order to gain career competencies leading to remunerative placement in industry and enhance self-esteem in society. The Scholarship program has been initiated to encourage the talent of such students, thereby strengthening the roots of our future generation and a step towards the collective goal of making “INDIA – The knowledge superpower of the world.
OBJECTIVE
To provide a never before platform for the students who are deprived of good quality institutions for higher education due to financial crisis of the family but they have talent and strong desire. The mission of this scholarship program is to provide help and support to talented and deserving students beyond the social, economic, and reservation barriers. We are committed to providing all the mentioned rewards to those students who will perform in the scholarship test organized by SS-SET Committee. We believe in rewarding the hard work and excellence achieved by meritorious students including those from economically weaker sections of society to achieve their academic endeavours.
ELIGIBILITY
FOR UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP: Students who have appeared/passed 10+2 can apply for the scholarship test.
FOR POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP: Students who have passed a Bachelor’s Degree or pursuing the final
Semester/Year of a Bachelor’s Degree can apply for this Scholarship Test.
**Special Papers on different dates will be arranged for PG Scholarship Program.

SS-SET will be conducted in one phase.

SUBJECT & PATTERN OF EXAMINATION
The exam will be based on objective-type questions, each question will carry 1 mark. The total exam duration will be 2 Hours.

N.B
- Students from a Science background need to opt for PCM or PCB as per their choice along with English & General Knowledge.
- Students from Commerce & Arts stream need to opt for Aptitude, English & General Knowledge.
- There will be no negative marking system.

Scholarships to the applicants will be rewarded on the basis of marks secured and the relative performance of all the applicants appearing in the test. The Scholarship awarded to the students will be granted as a fee concession in the allocated college.
Students must have to score the qualifying marks on the scholarship slab. If there is any tie for any position, the marks of the higher secondary examination will decide the winner. If any student is found cheating or executing any type of unfair means in the examination hall, the candidature of that student will be cancelled at that very moment only and no petitions will be entertained. In case of any dispute, the SS-SET committee reserves the right to take the final decision and it will be acceptable for all.
The selection procedure is purely based on Scholarship test results. Limited seats are available for scholarships. The final decision to grant Scholarship is decided by the SS-SET Committee. To avail of the Scholarship, students need to apply to the respective College/ University (as suggested by the SS-SET Committee) within 90 days of the scholarship results being declared. If in case, the student has not applied by the stipulated time period, the scholarship would be terminated. Scholarship rewarded to a student may be terminated if his/her conduct and progress in studies are found to be inadequate.
